Hallucinogen

Some plants can be used as hallucinogens. Never give anyone hallucinogens without them knowing about it - the unexplainable effects can lead to uncontrollable reactions. When taking hallucinogens, always refer to someone experienced to make sure you've got the right dose and setting.

Hallucinogens have traditional uses in some cultures, and their effects are connected with the corresponding cultures (think of shamanism in Siberia and similar things in South America). Jimsonweed (without tradition on Ibiza) for example can get dangerous to life when consumed without control. Hemp (today used on Ibiza as anywhere else on Earth) though not that dangerous, still can have negative effects on the psyche, so get informed about side effects beforehand.

Since homeopathy fights diseases with similarity in small amounts, it is no surprise that it uses the hallucinogenic jimsonweed against hallucinations of schizophrenics.
